12th August 2009 - Inner City World Cup to be produced by Invision

The 2009 Inner City world cup which takes place in Regents Park, London over the weekend of  the 5th and 6th of September is to be covered by Invision. Teams representing 28 countries from around the world will take part in this football fest in front of the broadcast cameras for the first time. UK and international broadcasters for this event will announced shortly. The draw or the tournament takes place in London's Sports Cafe on Thursday 12th August at 19:00.

8th August 2009 - Invision ties up Football and Rugby Union broadcast sale in USA

Invision has renewed its distribution deal with America One to supply Bolton Wanderers TV through to the end of the 2011 season. The USA broadcaster which has steadily grown its market reach to over 60 million homes has screen Wanderers TV since August 2007. The deal was brokered by Dick Stone of New York based Trajectory Sports.

A second contract was also agreed between both parties which will see Invision's Rugby Union content which consists of National League 1 and 2 coverage. America One  will show a match of the week as part of its increasing desire to bring an international flavour to its sports channel.
